Holotropic Poland has been created over the past ten years as a space for working with Holotropic Breathwork and for integrating experiences from expanded states of consciousness. We created Holotropic Poland as Rachela Dobrzańska and Tomek Kwieciński, from the very beginning with the intention that this work be grounded in relationship, responsibility, and lived experience rather than in ready-made answers or promises. Our approach grows out of transpersonal psychology, body-based work, and many years of group practice. Over time, we have learned that deep inner work requires time, safety, and trust in the process — and that relationship remains its most essential context.
In this work, we are accompanied by people who co-create Holotropic Poland through their presence, experience, and commitment both as members of our team and as teachers from whom we ourselves continue to learn. These are individuals grounded in practice, ethics, and relationship, allowing this work to remain alive, responsible, and continually evolving.
Rachela studied psychology and completed the Grof Transpersonal Training. She is deeply passionate about working with non-ordinary states of consciousness, both as part of her own personal development and as a way of supporting others. She primarily works with groups and has been organizing and facilitating holotropic breathwork workshops since 2017. Her individual work focuses mainly on integration practices, with the integration of processes and insights from expanded states of consciousness being the area that fascinates her the most. Holding space for others through transformational processes is a central part of her life and a way for her to fully express her potential. She loves combining inner journeys with travels far beyond the borders of her home country. She has facilitated and co-organized holotropic breathwork workshops in, among others, Colombia, Norway, Finland, the Czech Republic, Georgia, and Austria, Portugal Privately, she is a holotropic mother to 6-year-old Teo. Tomek completed the Grof Transpersonal Training as the first person in Poland and founded Holotropic Poland. He has led workshops and facilitated breathing sessions in 15 European countries, as well as in the USA, Colombia, Georgia, and Japan. He is a transgenerational therapist trained at the international ISTT School named after Anne Schützenberger. He is currently in a four-year training program in behavioral psychotherapy. He completed the training “Ketamine and Trauma Treatment” and is currently training in the Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy approach. He works at KeyClinic, where he prepares clients for sessions, accompanies them during the process, and supports the integration of psychedelic experiences using ketamine. He is the author of the book “Follow the Call – Therapeutic Experiences in Expanded States of Consciousness.” He is a co-founder of the HoloMind Institute of Psychedelic Therapy, where, as part of the Psyche Delos Clinic, he supports the integration of psychedelic experiences. Privately, he is the father of 14-year-old Pola and 6-year-old Teo, a passionate traveler, and an enthusiast of expanded states of consciousness, animals, history, and sports.
As a leading college in Paris, we look to engage with our student beyond the conventional design and development school relationship, becoming a partner to the people.
