Holotropic Training Module – THE POWER WITHIN – The Practice of Holotropic
Breathwork.
Taught by Sitara Blasco & Institute For Holotropics Staff, 10th – 15th May 2027 in Poland.

As with many other intensive methods of working with expanded states of consciousness, holotropic facilitation is governed by its own rules. In addition to theoretical knowledge, an experienced facilitator requires numerous complex meta-skills. Being present and able to maintain a lively connection with participants helps create the unique, safe atmosphere found in workshops. Bodywork, which often takes unusual forms here, requires specialized training. However, if we don’t know how to accompany participants on their journey to completion and support their integration during the workshop, we may encounter difficult dilemmas in many situations. We also need to know how to manage crisis situations, which are bound to arise sooner or later in expanded states of consciousness.

The Module is a transformative advanced training event led by Sitara Blasco—designed for practitioners and facilitators who want to deepen their understanding and elevate their work. Here, Holotropic theory doesn’t stay theoretical. It becomes lived practice—so you can truly grasp what the method is doing beneath the surface and how to support others with clarity, ethics, and presence.

We will discuss the principles that support and inform the practice of Holotropic Breathwork®. Sitara will explain the fundaments of HB and why it is such a special method for personal exploration and self-healing. We will also start practising bodywork – focused energy release.

II. Facilitator Presence and Skills
Learning how your presence, timing, and responsiveness shape the container.
III. Focused Energy Release Work — Principles and Ethics
Building a responsible, grounded framework for this powerful practice.
IV. Focused Energy Release Demonstration and Practice
Seeing it in action and practice with guidance—developing real competence.
V. Moving Toward Closure and Integration
Learning how to support completion, meaning-making, and lasting integration.
VI. Special Challenging Situations when facilitating
Exploring how to handle difficult moments with calm, ethics, and clarity.

This Module is one of the four mandatory modules for certifying as Holotropic Breathwork® Practitioner., required to start apprenticeships.

In this module, the participants have the opportunity to get to know the practical experience of Holotropic Breathwork. During the six days of the module, each participant will have the experience of four sessions of Holotropic Breathwork, two as „breather” and two as „sitter”.
Besides theoretical presentations and breathwork sessions, during the module, there will be arts, music, movies, and group integration time.

To participate in the module it is important to accomplish at least one module of our training before this one. If a person has big experience with Holotropic Breathwork but without attending any module – please contact us directly.

Accommodation

Accommodation costs are not included in the workshop fee and are paid directly to the hotel.
